化学洗涤净化塔结构说明：塔体本体结构采用FRP、PP、SUS304/316等耐腐蚀之材质制造，其中FRP（VINYL ESTERor ISO-FR、ISO)为玻璃纤维强化塑钢，纤维含量约40%-35%，树脂含量约60%-65%制造完成，可抗强酸碱及盐分的的腐蚀，在各种恶略的环境下，均可长期良好运转。
主结构体厚度根据各规格及处理能力单独设计计算且具有足够补强，足以负担结构体及运转中所需之负荷、检视窗、采样口及循环液体、化学药液注入口及排水口配合机能设置，并提供必要之操作平台。
循环水槽材质与洗涤塔本体材料一致，其容量为3分钟以上之循环泵浦输送容量，循环水槽内部设置水位控制装置、溢流、排水及自动补充水装置等。填充层之填充材料（PACK ING）其材质为PP、CPVC、PVC等耐蚀材料成型，具不阻塞、不结块之多孔形成，空隙率大、比表面积大、对气流阻力及压损较小，挂液洗涤能力强，出口端设水份去除器（MIST ELIMINATORS),去除效率达99%以上，其材质同填充层材质耐蚀较佳之材质。
设计考虑因素：
1.塔体
a.耐真空：-300mmAq
b.耐压：+300mmAq
c.塔体结构设计符合完整的基础支撑，顶端强度至少能支撑一个人的重量
d.人孔、视窗、喷雾系统及内部支撑设计均考虑所承受压力及抗腐蚀性
2.洗涤塔入口与出口流速设计洗涤塔入口与出口流速设计必须防止气流产生空蚀现象。如设计不良，空气流与洗涤液就会产生分道通过，大大降低洗涤效率，因此入口设计流速必须考虑废气进入洗涤塔的气流能很均匀的分布于整个填料层的断面积。
3.循环水槽洗涤塔最底层设有循环水槽，能够提供洗涤塔2-5分钟循环水量，设计上侧重于经济实用，且操作简单，维修方便及耐腐蚀等特点。
4.洗涤液及分布系统
A、洗涤液可循环使用，亦可设计为批次操作或者连续式手动操作，需要时补充少量新鲜洗涤液，以便在吸收污染物后尚能维持其效率。
B、洗涤液分布设计中采用低压较大水量喷嘴，发挥最大之均匀效率，达到最高之洗涤效率。

1、可溶性气体，如酸碱废气、易氧化废气及部分可溶性VOC2、液态微粒、固态微粒
3、微尘废气、低浓度烟气
4、低浓度臭气及敏感异味气体5、可通过化学反应达到洗涤净化的废气
