    橡胶厂乳聚丁苯橡胶装置干燥箱排出的热干燥废气气量大，温度高，有机物种类多，污染物成分复杂，主要含有苯乙烯、乙苯、二硫化碳、碎橡胶颗粒及焦油成分等。干燥废气因呈酸性且含有二硫化碳等杂质，对废气管道具有一定的腐蚀性，同时热干燥废气遇低温管道后，碎胶颗粒、焦油及其他有机物也会凝结在管道上，带来安全隐患，影响生产。该干燥废气中的有机物均属于恶臭污染物，毒性大，影响周围环境。

    甲苯贮罐TK404及换热器HE404中的气相甲苯，正常排放量约500m³ /h，甲苯约占6～10%。
