技术简介
RTO(RegenerativeThermalOxidizer)是利用蓄热材料的蓄热及放热原理的焚烧技术，蓄热材料为陶瓷材质，是VOC去除设备中代表性的焚烧技术。
旋转式RTO的结构如图所示：由气体通过的流入室，控制气体流向的分配室，预热和蓄热形成的蓄热层，安装着火眼的上部燃烧室，位于分配室及流入室中央的控制气体流向的旋转翼和使旋转翼以既定的速度旋转的驱动工具所组成。
旋转翼安装防止泄漏的活塞环以及去除未处理的残留气体的净化装置等。
蓄热层及分配室被分成几个扇形的单元，旋转翼旋转时依次连续完成一半冷却区(预热)和另一半加热区(回收热)过程，在冷却区和加热区之间设置静区以防止未处理的气体和干净的气体混合，使未处理气体在未被加热之前被空气净化氧化处理。
