300系列大功率内混高氢燃气发电机组，是针对燃气氢气含量高于15%，发电机组回火、放炮、无法连续运行的问题，而开发的新产品。适用于兰炭气、焦炉煤气、生物质气、油页岩气等氢气含量较高的可燃气体。该产品采用自主开发的内混式分气道进气系统及自动化空燃比控制系统，实现燃气与空气的缸外隔绝、缸内混合燃烧，有效避免该类高氢燃气在发动机缸内燃烧时易发生的回火、放炮危险。功率覆盖范围400～1000kW。
2012年该产品通过了山东省科技厅组织的科技成果鉴定，认定其技术水平达到国际先进。该产品已在国内外兰炭气、焦炉煤气、油页岩气发电领域推广应用，取得了良好经济、社会效益，受到用户好评。

NH3含量：≤20mg/Nm3；
水的要求：≤40mg/Nm3 ；
杂质要求：杂质粒度≤5μm，杂质含量≤30mg/Nm3；
焦油：≤50mg/Nm3；
