概述：

　　ZJQ系列气冷式罗茨真空泵，是在ZJ系列罗茨真空泵的基础上增加了旁路气体冷却系统而设计的。由于其特殊的结构设计，使其可以在高压差下长期可靠运行。一般情况下均在泵的排气口或回流管路中安装换热器。冷却气体从泵体的两侧进入泵腔并冷却转子及泵腔，但对泵的抽气性能没有影响。泵可以单独使用也可以多台串联使用，或与液环真空泵等串联成机组，达到更高真空度来满足工艺要求。

　　ZJQ系列气冷式罗茨真空泵具有以下特点：

.可直排大气，无废水排放；

.可与前级泵串联组成罗茨机组，节能效果显著。与普通罗茨泵相比，因ZJQ气冷式罗茨真空泵可高压差工作，可适当减小前级泵从而达到节能效果。

.适用范围宽。因排气侧可承受高压力，有效地解决了普通罗茨真空泵因压差过大、前级泵真空度差而造成的过载、过热现象；

.可在更高的入口压力下工作。ZJQ系列气冷式罗茨真空泵理论上可以在入口为大气压力的状况下工作；

.电机功率不确定。ZJQ系列气冷式罗茨真空泵需根据工艺条件计算实际工作时的最大压差从而确定所需的电机功率。
