概述：
气冷式罗茨真空泵是在普通罗茨真空泵的基础上增加了旁路气体冷却系统。外置冷却器使气体自动进行循环冷却转子与泵体，冷却气体从泵体的两侧进入泵的吸气腔，使泵不会因压缩气体而出现过热，使其可以在高压差和高压缩比下长期可靠运行，但对泵的抽气性能没有任何影响。泵可以单独使用也可以多台串联使用，或与液环真空泵和普通罗茨真空泵串联成机组，达到更高真空度来满足各类工艺要求。
气冷式罗茨真空泵工作原理：
ZJQ系列气冷式罗茨泵结构如图所示，在泵腔内有两转子（两叶或多叶）安装在一对平行轴上，由传动比为1的一对齿轮带动作彼此反向的同步旋转运动。在转子之间，转子与泵壳内壁之间，保持有一定的间隙，可以实现高转速运行。与ZJ系列普通罗茨真空泵相比，ZJQ系列气冷式罗茨真空泵在泵体侧面适当位置设计有回流口，将冷却的气体导入泵腔内以冷却转子，使转子温度保持在规定的范围内，因此ZJQ系列气冷式罗茨真空泵可承受更高的压差（可达90kPa）而不会发生过热。
特点：
可直排大气，无废水排放；
可与前级泵串联组成罗茨机组，节能效果显著。与普通罗茨泵相比，因ZJQ气冷式罗茨真空泵可高压差工作，可适当减小前级泵从而达到节能效果。
适用范围宽。因排气侧可承受高压力，有效地解决了普通罗茨真空泵因压差过大、前级泵真空度差而造成的过载、过热现象；
可在更高的入口压力下工作。ZJQ系列气冷式罗茨真空泵理论上可以在入口为大气压力的状况下工作；
电机功率不确定。ZJQ系列气冷式罗茨真空泵需根据工艺条件计算实际工作时的最大压差从而确定所需的电机功率。
ZJQ型罗茨泵（气冷式）传动传递力矩，主轴传递扭矩的动密封为静密封（即无骨架油封及机械密封），实现动力零泄漏传递。
ZJQ型罗茨泵（气冷式）无机械接触摩擦噪音，可避免高频振动，传递动力，实现罗茨真空泵的平稳运行。
ZJQ型罗茨泵（气冷式） 可实现工作机械运行中的过载保护。
ZJQ型罗茨泵（气冷式）与刚性联轴相比较，起动时无冲击，安装、拆卸、调试、维修均较方便。
ZJQ型罗茨泵（气冷式） 改转轴动密封为隔离套静密封，可彻底消除由于轴动密封磨损而造成的真空泄漏及润滑漏油等老大难问题，实现长久密封。
ZJQ型罗茨泵（气冷式）不需要润滑，无介质与润滑剂污染，净化环境。
ZJQ型罗茨泵（气冷式） 密封性能与转轴转速无关。
本系列泵与普通ZJ、ZJP型泵安装尺寸、性能参数相同。
