概述
2BV系列水环真空泵适用于抽除气体和水蒸气，吸气压力可以达到33mbar绝压(97%真空度)。当用变压器油作为工作液时（称为油环真空泵 ），吸气压力可达到6.7mbar绝压(99.3%真空度），可以完全取代往复式真空泵。当液环真空泵在吸气压力接近极限真空下长期工作时，应联接气蚀保护管，以对泵进行保护并消除气蚀声。作为压缩机使用时，随着排气压力的升高会造成2BV泵功率的加大，订货时应注明排气压力以选择适当的电机功率。
结构及特点说明
1、机泵同轴式直联设计，节省空间，易于安装。
2、采用机械密封作为标准配置,消除了泄露,维护简便。
3、运行平稳，噪音可低至62分贝。
4、独特的柔性排气口设计，不会产生过压缩，确保了2BV在其性能范围内效率最佳。
5、2BV系列全部设有气蚀保护管接口，如在极限压力下工作，开启气蚀保护管接口（或与分离器连接）可在最大限度保证吸气效果的情况下消除气蚀声，并对泵进行保护。
6、我厂将2BV系列所有型号模型重铸，所有毛坯件均采用精密铸造（不锈钢及普通材质）。
7、所有零部件经数控车床精密加工，机械密封选用进口约翰克兰或大连伯格曼，以保障精度。
8、全部采用NTN或NSK进口轴承。
9、公司决定，对2BV系列产品，在进行全面技术改进的基础上，进一步完善各项管理工作，提高质量控制能力，在三年内，此系列产品争创山东省名牌产品。
10、2BV系列水环泵均可与ZJ系列罗茨泵组合成为JZJ2B罗茨机组使用，极限真空可达5Pa,还可搭配分离器，换热器组成2BV闭式循环机组,一开一备，多开多备等形式，提高了系统安全可靠性。
2BV-6系列水环式真空泵/压缩机主要用于抽除爆炸性气体，及在各类易燃、易爆环境中工作，其性能参数与2BV-2、2BV-5系列相应型号相同。
