概述：

　　ZF系列真空泵站（又名真空发生装置、真空负压站等）是以一台或二台水环真空泵作为真空获得设备，以真空罐作为真空存储设备的成套系统。对于频繁使用真空源而所需抽气量不太大的场合下，该系统比直接使用真空泵大大节约了能源，并有效提高了真空泵的使用寿命。
　　该设备可以为国内各类大中型医院提供医用气体中心站的真空源，并广泛应用于化工、医药行业的真空站，轻工行业的装罐系统，汽车行业橡塑工程零件的负压成型，煤炭矿山用的阻燃输送带的浸渍和铸造行业(V法、VRH、V－EPC)的真空源等。

　　工作原理：

　　1、两台真空泵
　　首先设定真空系统的上下限值（比如上限值设定为－0.08MPa，下限值设定为－0.06MPa），启动系统后，其中一台真空泵开始工作，直到真空罐内真空度达到上限值－0.08MPa，此时真空泵自动停止运行，真空罐内真空由真空止回阀自动截止，如因工作需求真空罐内真空度降至低于下限值－0.06MPa时，另一台真空泵自动启动，直到真空罐内真空度抽到上限值－0.08MPa为止，如此循环反复自动运行，使真空罐内真空度始终保持在上、下限值之间。 如因工作需求气量较大，真空罐内真空度低于下限值超过一定时间，而单台真空泵不能将罐内真空度抽至下限以上时，另一台真空泵将自动启动，直至超过上限。两台真空泵也可切换为手动启动、停止。

　　2、一台真空泵
　　首先设定真空系统的上下限值（比如上限值设定为－0.08MPa，下限值设定为－0.06MPa），启动系统后，真空泵抽到上限自动停机，系统真空度低于下限自动开机。真空泵也可手动启动、停止。

　   性能特点：

• 该装置自第一次启动后，全部运行过程可以实现全自动控制。其工作过程中，真空系统内各处的真空度始终在其允许范围内上下波动，其波动范围可根据用户要求进行调整。若出现真空度低于调定值时，报警器将发出警告。

• 该装置在无人操作情况下对系统进行自动控制，在停电时可自动封闭真空系统。

• 该装置配备一台气水分离器，从而可以节约水源并减少环境污染。

• 该装置的真空罐可根据现场设计为卧式及立式结构，安装更为灵活。 ZF－1A
