　　1、采用平圆盘式设计，叶轮与圆盘之间有较大的间隙。运行无机械摩擦，无需润滑系统。可处理含有微小固体颗粒或纤维及夹带部分液体的气体。

　　2、由于液环的存在，气体压缩基本上是等温进行的，排气口与吸气口间的温差通常低于11℃。因此：进入泵内的高温气体得到冷却;可冷凝气体被冷凝，且可回收;气体的聚合现象得以避免。

　　3、工作液防止了压缩机内部火花的产生，因此，可安全地压缩高度易燃、易爆气体，如乙炔、氢气等。

　　4、采用刚性的转子设计，采用焊接制造工艺保证永不破碎，且运行的速度远低于第一临界转速，因此无需装配振动监测仪表

　　5、排气量可以通过变频调速或回流加以调节。

　　6、噪音等级在1米处低于85分贝。

　　7、可采用碳钢、铸铁或不锈钢等材质，轴封根据使用场合不同可采用填料、单端面或双端面机械密封。

　　8、水、酸性水、浓硫酸、乙二醇、含油水、油等可以作为一次性或可循环工作液使用，如氯气的压缩输送。

　　9、在单机的基础上，可为用户提供针对各种工况设计的成套机组。它包括泵、电机、汽水分离器、换热器、齿轮箱、共用底座和各种仪表、阀门等附件，还包括从简单到复杂，从普通到防爆的各种控制系统。

　　10、当仅靠液环泵/压缩机已不能满足工艺装置对吸气压力/排气压力的要求时，就需要采用复合真空系统或高压压缩机。通常可以将液环泵与大气喷射器、蒸汽喷射器或罗茨泵等串联使用，已达到100Pa左右的绝对吸气压力。高压压缩机可到达0.8MPa G.
