概述：
WL、WLW系列往复式真空泵，是获得粗真空的主要设备之一，WLW系列立式往复真空泵，相对于WL系列产品增加了相对于活塞行程的隔油腔使系统能够获得更为洁净的真空环境。WLW系列往复式真空泵是W、WY、WL系列的又一更新换代产品，除具有以往卧式、立式往复式真空泵的优点外，突出表现在以下几个方面：
1、无油：采用填充聚四氟乙烯活塞环可保证气缸不需要润滑油即可正常运行，避免了油污染、浪费及忘记加油所造成的事故。
2、添加隔油腔：此隔油腔能保证活塞杆在机体内所携带的油无法进入到汽缸中，确保了无油。另一方面可在此封闭油腔内冲入所需气体，以保证被抽气体的清洁或无泄漏。
3、排气口可前后左右布置，方便用户安装使用。
4、可改变配件材质用于抽吸腐蚀性介质。
5、可与罗茨泵或WLW往复泵组成无油高真空机组。
以上各点可使得WLW泵更加广泛用于各工业部门中，例如化工、制药或食品工业中的真空蒸馏、蒸发、结晶、干燥和过滤，真空冶金行业中除气，电器工业中浸渍等。特别需要在清洁高真空或者气体需洁净回收的环境中应用。克服了需润滑油所带来的污染。若应用于抽除易燃易爆气体时，或者当压缩机使用时，应向我公司提出特殊订货要求。
