自动复位：湿粘黑泥中大块杂物通过磨辊间隙时，动辊反方向摆动，动辊与静辊之间的距离变大，杂物降落，动辊在自身弹簧弹力作用下，自动复位；

无规则状的湿粘黑泥，经过辊盘滚压，变成成型的泥条。在刮片的作用下，经过圆锥孔的泥条被刮下，随即传输到下个工序中。湿粘黑泥中的杂质诸如石块、树枝、金属物等，由于尺寸过大无法通过辊盘孔径，则活动辊盘发生摆动，远离固定辊盘，使得这些杂质掉落到下面的皮带上。

The black clay, filtered in uniform sizes by means of suitable conveying scrapers fitted inside the rollers, is separated in thin layers. This allows to have an efficient mixing and a better homogeneity of the clay that will be then sent to the following machines through a conveyor built in proper hoppers. The presence of impurities as stones, roots, metal bodies etc., bigger than the holes of the rollers will cause the shifting of the movable roller which moving away from the fix one, will allow their passage and the conveyance to a belt conveyor fitted underneath.
