2021年12月15日，韩国LG Electronics Inc.、美国LG Electronics Alabama, Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定冰箱滤水器及其部件（Certain Refrigerator Water Filtration Devices andComponents Thereof）侵犯了其专利权。
