单级、双吸、泵壳水平中心开式离心泵是供输送清水及物理化学物质类似于水的液体之用，介质温度80℃，若两端轴承通以冷却水，介质温度可达130℃。改变叶轮、密封环和套轴的材料，可以汲送含有泥沙的浑水。泵的轴封一般采用软填料，如有特殊定货要求，也可装机械密封。
