1 300低浓度瓦斯发电机组简介
8300低浓度瓦斯发电机组是在8300高浓度瓦斯发电机组基础上开发的,主要适用于8%~30%浓度范围内的混合瓦斯气体。
2. 使用条件:
低浓度瓦斯气源条件:低浓度瓦斯气输送压力5~15kPa,压力变化率≤1kPa/min,变化速率≤5%/min;杂质粒度≤5μm,杂质含量≤30mg/Nm3, 水分含量≤40mg/Nm3,不含游离水,煤气温度≤40℃,含硫量≤20mg/Nm3。
3.产品技术特点:
(1)适应瓦斯气体浓度范围8%~30%,适合煤层气气源波动大的特点,能保证机组输出功率持续恒定。
(2)低浓度瓦斯输送系统,采用火焰冷壁熄灭阻火、湿式水封阻火、湿式水雾伴送等措施保障输送安全,对于输送距离较长的管系还可以采用混合细水雾伴送来应对。
(3)采用电控混合器技术、闭环自动控制技术,可实现燃气发动机最佳空然比和最佳点火提前角的实时控制,通过爆震监测实现点火提前角最优控制,使发动机工作在最佳状态,防止发动机出现爆燃、进气管回火、排气管放炮等问题。
(4)采用美国ALTRONIC公司生产的点火系统,以获得高的点火能量和精确的点火时间,确保点火的安全可靠性。
(5)发电机组的转速低,降低发动机磨损,延长机件的使用寿命,减少备件的储备;
(6)采用双层水冷排气管结构,排温低,燃烧充分,各缸排温均匀。
(7)煤层气发动机开发了燃气发动机智能管理系统,能确保燃气发动机安全、高效运行,并能实现燃气发动机组的远程监控。
4.低浓度瓦斯输送系统具有如下安保功能:
a. 湿式水封水位低报警和保护
b. 湿式水封水位低自动补水
c. 管道瓦斯浓度连续自动检测和瓦斯浓度低报警
d. 环境瓦斯浓度连续自动检测和瓦斯浓度高报警
e. 瓦斯浓度超标断电保护
f. 主、备用水泵故障报警及自动切换保护
g. 循环水池水位低报警。

Our main business is the manufacture and sales of Z170, 210, L250, 300, N330, 16V170 and 9340 series 150~4410kW marine and land diesel engines, gas engines, dual fuel machines and generator sets, and we also involve in new energy development, popularization and utilization, complete technical design and construction of power stations, and manufacture and sales of wind lack heat countercurrent oxidation devices.
