一、产品简介：
高梯度强磁磁选机，通过对一千多块强磁铁的有效排布，使整个平板表面磁场强度达到17000GS，磁场梯度遍部整个分选区域。可与电磁选的磁场强度相媲美。当石英砂等物料被送到工作区域后，物料在皮带带动下，经过无数条磁力线的作用，将铁和石英砂完美的分离。作为一种新型的除铁设备，平板磁选机已经在陶瓷厂、石英砂加工厂甚至赤泥选铁的企业获得广泛应用，并将逐步推广。
二、产品特点：
1.整台机器上的磁块，全部采用高强磁磁块，表面磁场强度在17000GS以上。
2.相比其它永磁.磁选机磁场扫选面积大，除铁效果好。
3.板面坡度可调，根据物料状况调整坡度能够达到好的除铁效果。
4.皮带转速变频可调，根据物料状调整带速能够达到更好的除铁效果。
5.采用耐磨帆布作为输送带，大大增加了输送带的使用寿命。
6、电机功率小，比常规磁选机省电。
