　　Yonghua has obtained 62 national patents,including 10 for invention, 42 for utility modeland ,10 for appearance patents. More than 10 new products have passed the evaluation, and the product modular structure filled the gap in domestic market and their main performance indexes reached internationally advanced level. Among them, the ''SBL80-A semi-automatic back-flushing oil filter” has been awarded the ''Innovation Fund for Technology Based Firms” and included in the ''National Torch Program”. 　　The company has a 5600 m2 Technology Center, equipped with first-class equipment, and air filter laboratory, oil filter laboratory, fuel filter laboratory, marine filter laboratory, and comprehensive laboratory, as well as materials laboratory and particle degree detection laboratory. The 5112m3/h air filter test bench and 80m3/h marine filter test bench are the sole big flow and high configuration test benches in China. The multi-channel 0.5L-240L test bench imported from America with minimum orifice diameter of 4 μm is currently the most advanced laboratory equipment in the world, which provides strong guarantee for the R&D of highly advanced filters. In December 2013, the company’s laboratories passed the certification of CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and became one of the few laboratories in the industry that passed the certification, which means that the company’s laboratories can independently provide filter inspection services.

　　The company has six spinon filter production lines,  five of  them  single shift output of  each line is 20,000 filters, the other one line is 40,000 filters, 16 polyamine filter production lines for producing car filters and big air filters, 3 paper air filter element production lines with single shift output of  each line is 20,000 filters, a electrophoresis coating line and more than 100 marine filter machining equipments and mould processing equipments, with which the company has the highest hardware mould machining capability in the industry. The company has more than 30 Haitian 100g-1000g and Dayu 300g-500g injection molding machines and can process 2.5 products a day on average. The Company also has 12 advanced progressive die pressing equipments. And the core equipments are all imported either from America, Germany or Korea. At present, the company has the largest production capability in China and internationally first-class technological level in the industry. The company can produce various kinds of spin-on oil filters, fuel filters, polyamine and injection molding filters, as well as air filters, filter assemblies and marine filters.
