蓄电池单轨吊机车是以矿用防爆蓄电池为动力源，机车 可分为三驱（DX60/27P）、）、四驱（DX80/36P）、五驱（DX100/45P）、六驱（DX120/54P）等多种规格，根据机车配置驱动电机功率不同，蓄电池一次充电可以全负荷运行14km-20km。常规工况使用可以运行22km，能满足绝大多数煤矿斜巷物料的设备运输要求。在运输过程中无污染，节能环保，特别适合采掘工作面对通风要求严格的井下运输环境。适用于煤矿井下各种物料设备及人员的运输。
操作控制
该机车控制系统采用PLC编程，操作简单，模块化设计便于维修。前后司机室各配置一个本质安全型操作盒，操作盒设有主令、电笛、复位、急停按钮等，操作简单易学。使用变频器将直流电逆变成交流电，供给电机驱动，可以通过增加和减少驱动部的数量改变牵引力的大小。
运行轨道
机车运行轨道为I140E型标准轨道或I140V型标准轨道，依靠承载轮和导向轮实现机车线路方向转变。驱动轮传载动力，执行前后方向的行驶。通过专用气动道岔实现机车在不同巷道间的连续运行，使运输线路实现网络化。
气动道岔，将采区形成一个单轨运输系统。机车可以在系统内完物料、人员运输，无需转载。
制动系统
机车设有超速保护装置和手动紧急制动装置，机车超速运行时，超速保护动作机车自动抱闸，并可操作手动紧急停车装置，实现机车抱闸停车。
主要用途：用于采掘工作面运输和安装撤除综采支架、综掘机等采掘设备运输。
特点：机车载重量大、爬坡能力强、节能环保、无污染。
