一、TD系列带式输送机

（一）TD系列带式输送机产品概述:

DTⅡ、TD75型带式输送机由于输送量大,结构简单,维护方便,成本低,通用性强等优点,而被广泛地应用在冶金、矿山、煤炭、港口、交通、水电、化工等部门,进行装车、装船、转载或堆积各种常温状态的松散密度为500~2500kg/m3各种散状物料或成件物品。由单机或多机组合成运输系统来输送物料,根据工艺要求可布置成水平或倾斜的形式,DTⅡ型皮带输送机除了可满足水平或倾斜输送要求外,还可采用带凸弧段、凹弧段与直线段组合的输送形式。输送机允许输送的物料块度取决于带宽、带速、槽角和倾角,也取决于大块物料出现的频率。该输送机适用的工作环境温度一般为-25~+40℃。我公司还生产轻型皮带输送机和移动式输送机。

（二）TD系列带式输送机基本结构:

1.驱动部分:系由装置在型钢焊成的底座上的电动机-->高速联轴器-->减速器-->减速联轴器组成。根据布置要求:驱动装置设有左装和右装两种,另外本公司配有功率1.5KW到13KW,速度0.80、1.0、1.25的油冷式电动滚筒。

2.滚动部分:分传动滚筒和改向滚筒两大类。

3.托辊部分:分槽形、平行、调心和缓冲托辊等。

4.清扫部分:分弹簧清扫器和空段清扫器。

5.卸料部分:分固定式犁式卸料器和电动卸料器。

6.制动部分:有带式逆止器和滚柱逆止器两种。

7.附件:护罩壳、导料槽、漏斗等。

（三）TD系列带式输送机产品代号及订货代号:

（四）TD系列带式输送机工作特点:

DTⅡ、TD75型带式输送机按其支架结构有固定式和移动式两种：按输送带材料有胶带、塑料带和钢芯带之分。输送机的工作环境温度一般在-10℃--+40℃之间，要求物料温度不超过70℃；耐热橡胶带可输送120℃以下的高温物料。物料温度更高时不宜采用胶带输送机。当输送具有酸性碱性油类物质和有机溶剂等成分的物料时，需采用耐油、耐酸碱的橡胶带式塑料带。带式输送机的带宽可分为：500、650、800、1000、1200和1400mm。用户可根据带式输送机的输送长度，物料的种类、容重、输送量、输送长度等诸因素通过计算确定输送机的布局以及所选用的胶带宽度、帆布层数和胶带厚度。

（五）TD系列带式输送机技术参数表:

注:输送能力Q值系按水平运输，动堆积角θ为20°，托辊槽角λ为30°时计算的。
