Shandong Shenli Slurry Pump Technology Co., Ltd (originally Shandong Boshan Slurry PumpPlant) is located in beautiful “China pump well-known city”– Zibo Boshan district. It was founded in 1968, was the earliest domestic production enterprise of professional slurry pump. The leading products are “Shenli” slurry pump, vertical filter wide flow, diving slurry pump, vacuum pump, tube bundle extracting machine series, and “Lukui” blue-gas generator series. After 40 years of development, at present company has developed to an enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production and sales, and covers an area of97000square meters, plant area of 43000 square meters. It has three modernized manufacturing plant areas, one technology research and development centre. The enterprise firstly passed ISO9001 quantity management system certificate industry in 1998. It is a leader of domestic slurry pump, desulphurization pump, and vertical filter wide flow. Annual output of various kinds of water pumps and complete equipments reaches more than 13000 units (sets).
Company has advanced resin sand foundry technique, large machining equipment, one or two types of pressure vessel manufacturing capability. Now it has more than 400 large and medium-sized production equipments, more than 100 inspection and test equipments, including one large pump laboratory. And in industry, it firstly realizes all castings of pump components to use resin sand foundry technique, heat treating process, pump performance detection that integrated controlled by computer.
In order to further strengthen the enterprise development foundation, in 2007 it successively built one modernized machine shop with more than 8000 square meters, and one pressure vessel manufacturing shop with 5000 square meters; and it successively introduced more than 20 advanced machining and vessel manufacturing equipments, including CQ5250 CNC vertical turning machine, TPX6113 series horizontal boring machine, gear hobbing machine, MZ1-1000 automatic submerged-arc welding machine, A120-400 automatic gas shielded welding machine, 50T double beam bridge crane.
