系统概述
本产品基于 GSM/GPRS 网络和 GPS 卫星定位系统,通过短信息或互联系统对远程目标进行定位或监控。具有里程统计、ACC 检测功能、工作时长检测，断电报警功能，兼容原车防盗器。全球卫星定位,车辆位置查询,实时监控,定时跟踪 遥控断油断电。GPS车辆监控报警系统是一套集微电子技术、计算机技术、GSM通讯技术、GIS地理位置技术及GPS定位系统。建立一个总控中心，对车辆实施全面的安全监控。 此系统采用GPRS无线移动通讯方式，系统可对车辆实时动态跟踪、监控、调度指挥等功能，对于监控车辆，可以在电子地图上显示出来，并保存车辆运行轨迹数据。在保证系统安全的前提下采用国际通用的系统规范和传输协议，能比较容易的实现与其他系统网络连接和数据共享。使系统具有较高的可扩展性。此系统特点是传输速度快、数据准确率高。系统在挖掘机上可以安装摄像头，对工作状态环境进行抓拍图像保存到服务器里面，可随时调取查看。
1、实时监控：实时查看车辆位置、方向、速度、状态（点火）等。可定位到5米以内。
2、实时轨迹回放：系统自动保存信息三个月。可随时回放信息。
3、油耗统计：实时检测油量，防止司机私自倒卖油料。（需要加万能油量传感器）单次加油误差小于3升。系统可生成里程、速度、油耗对应表。偷油电脑报警。
4、工作检测。电脑监控车辆工作状态点火与否。并检测车辆点火后有没有正常工作。（需加传感器） 同时可以启动拍照，照片存储在车安电子通讯服务器计算机系统内，便于图像取证。监管车辆：管理多部车辆轻松方便，车辆行踪一目了然，永久记录车辆行车轨迹，停车地点、时间。 监管油耗：车辆在整个运做过程中的油耗以及轨迹等都一一记录，不得作假。 监管司机：车辆在工作途中全程监控管理，不用担心司机拉私活、偷懒、谎报费用。制度化 出有单、停有点、行有数。
设置定位间隔：通过手机设置数据传送平台的间隔。也可以通过平台设置传送间隔，要根据平台是否支持此功能而定。
支持摄像头拍照。平台中心可发送指令
支持数据存储。设备可以存储两千条的GPS数据，在没有GSM/CDMA信号的时候，设备把GPS数据存储起来，在有移动信号的时候，设备再把记录的数据发送到平台
