    压力电渗透干化机技术原理

        电渗透脱水的基本原理是:在直流电场的作用下,污泥中各种水分子会向阴极移动,固体留在上层,从而实现固液分离。在此过程中污泥中的结合水、间隙水会变为游离水,污泥实现破壁,比阻降低。从理论上讲,电渗透可适合各种污泥的脱水。

    由于电渗透对污泥有调质作用,使加压脱水具备了前提条件,实验证明,加压结合电渗透对提供脱水效果降低能耗具有增效提产的作用。 本设备加压在电渗透中段施加,压区四周设计有可上下浮动的弹性密封框,防止污泥受压后挤出。正压加压过程分为低压、中压、高压三段,弹性密封框在密封的同时还起到缓冲瞬间高压作用,从而实现对污泥的梯次柔性加压。

       负压抽吸通过真空系统对压滤液进行抽吸,可减缓阴极和滤网结垢,保持排水通道畅通,加快水分子向阴极移动速度,提高脱水功效和设备产能。

    设备应用综述

    不加药剂可以对含水率80%左右的各种污泥进行深度脱水减量,可替代烘干机对污泥进行干化后焚烧,或用于污泥碳化工艺中污泥干化系统,使碳化工艺更加优化节能,制造成本降低。 

    污泥脱水动力仅需电力,清洗水耗量小,适用污泥集中处置项目。

     和叠螺机等设备组合,可将含水率98-95%污泥连续脱水到到60-45%。

     对化工等危废污泥深度脱水减量具有独特的优势。 

    在凉茶渣、中药渣,浆渣领域,可最大限度去除秸秆纤维芯部水份,制成燃料掺煤焚烧可节约能源消耗。
