工艺流程：
根据环保方面的要求，煤气站内酚水必须对外零排放。我公司2006年率先采用下段煤气的余热通过换热器将煤气站有害物质酚水转化为蒸气的新技术：即在不改变原煤气炉的工艺和产气条件的前提下，利用下段高温煤气的余热将酚水变成蒸气，作为煤气炉的气化剂送入煤气炉中。既解决了以前大量酚水难以处理对环境造成极大污染的问题，又节约了客户需要另上一台蒸气锅炉的日常能耗，同时也大大减少了煤气炉对软化水的消耗。
酚水蒸发工作原理：经过过滤的酚水通过酚水泵打入酚水蒸发换热器，在酚水蒸发换热器内吸收下段煤气余热（两段式煤气发生炉下段煤气温度在450℃～550℃），产生酚水蒸汽。该酚水蒸汽由独立蒸汽管道进入炉底鼓风管道与空气混合形成饱和气化剂，进入炉膛内。酚类等有害物质在通过氧化层时，被氧化层1000℃～1200℃的高温分解成二氧化碳和水。
酚水处理是一大难题，酚水蒸发的多少取决于换热器的换热效果，而酚水在前期的过滤程度又决定了换热器的结垢速度，换热器一旦结了较厚的水垢及其他附着物，会大大降低换热效果，影响蒸发量。因此，我公司设计的酚水蒸发工艺时增设多级过滤池，含尘酚水首先通过一级沉淀池，将大颗粒杂质除去，再经过一级隔油池，将酚水中的煤焦油除去。然后经过三级焦炭过滤将酚水进一步净化除尘。经以上工艺处理过的酚水由水泵打入过滤罐，进行再次过滤。过滤后的洁净份酚水进入换热器进行蒸发处理。
我公司采用的这种过滤工艺，通过一系列的隔油、除尘、过滤措施，净化后的酚水进入酚水蒸发换热器，不易造成换热器结垢，极大地保证了酚水处理效率，同时因酚水中的杂质含量减少，也减少了设备损伤。
同时该酚水蒸发换热器经过不断的升级换代，目前已经非常成熟稳定。不仅将酚水完全蒸发，而且成功解决了因酚水腐蚀造成的设备寿命问题。目前一般厂家酚水蒸发换热器内蒸发管为一般的无缝管或者普通的不锈钢，而我公司是和中国石油大学联合开发的耐酸耐腐蚀钢。
煤气站酚水处理工艺是我公司的专利产品，是煤气站一大技术亮点。通过了山东省科技厅组织的科技成果鉴定。鉴定结论为：“国内首创，主要技术指标达到国际先进水平，符合国家节能减排产业政策”。其中酚水处理器发明专利属国内首创。
