连续砂过滤设备是可连续过滤的石英砂过滤器。石英砂通过内置冲洗系统连续冲洗，由于不需要停机反冲洗，其利用率被发挥到极致。活性砂过滤器基于逆流原理，待处理的原水经进水管，通过位于过滤器底部的布水器进入过滤器。水流由下向上逆流通过滤床，经过滤后的过滤液在过滤器顶部聚集后经溢流口流出。过滤器地步被污染的滤料通过空气提升泵被提升到过滤器顶部的洗砂器，通过紊流作用使污染物从活性砂中分离出来，杂质通过清洗水出口排出，净砂利用自重返回砂床从而实现连续过滤。
