原 理
1、废气在进气口通过雾化，首先收集粒径较大的粒子。
2、流入到电除尘器的废气（包括约5μm以下的微小粒子），在装有针状放电针的圆筒内以3.4m/s的风速旋转上升。
3、通过安装在中心部位的放电针产生的电晕，使微小粉尘带（-），并伴随静电絮凝作用，向除尘圆筒内壁移动、吸附。
4、被除尘圆筒内壁吸附的粉尘随除尘圆筒壁洗涤水往底部流动并被收集。

集尘原理
2个电极之间施加高电压，发生火花之前，只有电磁场强的部分发光而带有传导性的现象。即带电体表面的空气离子化而发生的放电现象。
2个电极皆为平板或者直径大的球的时候，电磁场均匀，但是其中一极为棒状或者针状的话，有部分放电从而产生光或者声音。这种现象叫做电晕放电。
