承您了解和选用胶乳介质输送用泵BLS系列及碎片浆液输送用泵BNS系列型设备，在此深表谢意。
这两种型式的泵，是分别为输送胶乳介质而研制创造的。是消化日本技术并进行创新的升级产品，经过我公司多年研发，于2007年研制成功。为确保泵的性能，主要零件为国外进口。适应化工、冶金、电力、造纸、食品、制药、合成纤维等工业部门输送腐蚀性的，有粘度的胶体性介质。该系列泵与目前部分橡胶行业使用的双螺杆胶乳输送泵相比，有制作加工精度高，设备投资费用低，使用性能可靠，维护方便的特点。运行周期内维护费用及频次大大低于双螺杆胶乳泵！能使您公司的生产装置平稳高效的运行。
输送胶乳用的BLS型泵，是把对胶乳受到剪切力时易发生聚合，在壳体内部形成堵塞这一胶乳特有的特性影响，缩小到最小限度来进行液体输送的。对此，对于叶轮的形状、壳体内部的形状都加以特别的考虑而设计加工的。
输送碎片稀浆用的BNS型泵，为了能够容易地进行碎片稀浆的液体输送，对叶轮的形状亦是加以特殊考虑而设计的。
一、结构
BLS型
1.为了把剪切力的发生控制在最小的限度，因此，将叶轮制成完全开放型。
2.为了使胶乳容易的流进叶片入口部，而采取了特殊形状的叶片。
3.叶轮对着轴是向右侧转动旋入轴端并紧固的。因此，如果泵进行逆转动时，就会立即招致叶轮和壳体的磨损，导致泵性能的降低甚至损坏，所以应绝对禁止泵的倒转。
4.轴和叶轮都是使用不锈钢材料，为了防止配合部位发生粘结，结合部位均涂敷了膏料。
BNS型
1.叶轮也是采用开放型的，以防止固体状物质的堵塞。
2.叶轮是用叶轮紧固螺母固定的。
3.轴和叶轮紧固螺母全都采用的是不锈钢材料，为了防止配合部发生粘结，亦涂有防止烧结的润滑膏料。
二、介质的密封
我公司提供用户的有两种选择方案：一是传统的填料密封型式，另一种是机械密封的型式。
1.BLS型
为了密封住泵内胶乳的外漏，采用填料密封的BLS型泵在填料函的水封环内侧使用了特氟隆制的衬套，使外部注水流入壳体内，以防止由于胶乳的聚合而使压紧的填料烧结。
2.BNS型
BNS型泵在水封环的内侧有两个填料圈，在套环的外侧，压进有3到4个完整的填料圈。
于BLS和BNS类型的胶乳输送泵，其填料密封的安装分别如下图所示进行装配，注意它们的区别。
三、泵的安装
1.安装注意事项
A．安装泵和原动机的底座，一般在强度上来说是制造的比较结实的，但它决不是刚体的性质。底座仅仅是为了连接泵和原动机，所以底座可能要根据安装的基础表面形状而变形，另外，紧固的过分也会使其变形。因此，不能只把它放置在基础上而不进行找正。
B．鼓形弹性圈联轴器不是通用型联轴节，所以需要进行找正，具体请参照“找正”一节。
C．若泵的吸入侧及出口侧的配管进行不合理的接合时，则泵旋转部和固定部就会发生接触摩擦，这就会引起泵的损坏事故和引起联轴器发生不正常振动的原因，所以对于配管及法兰的紧固，需要充分的加以注意，不能发生管线抗劲而仍然硬把法兰连接紧固的现象出现。
D．进行配管施工时，一定要注意勿使杂物进入泵的壳体内。因为杂物有时会损坏经过抛光的内部表面。
BLS型胶乳输送泵在壳体内表面和叶轮表面都进行了抛光加工，而BNS型输送泵则对叶轮进行了抛光加工。
2.安装
泵安装的好坏，直接与泵的寿命和性能有重要的关系，因此要充分加以注意。
A．等基础混凝土充分凝固后再安装泵设备。
B．地脚螺栓的孔，各个泵都要按照外形图（负载数据）开孔。
C．把底座安置在基础上，在底座和基础之间插进楔形垫铁以便使底座表面成为水平的同时，在基座底部和基础面之间留出能灌进水泥浆的空隙。此时，尽可能的使楔形垫铁靠近地脚螺栓。
D．灌完砂浆后，等待砂浆充分凝固，然后再紧固螺母；最后，将多块垫铁焊接连成一体。
3.找正
A．整体装运的设备在出厂时已经定好中心，但经过运输、吊装及配管时，势必会失去正常，所以在试车前一定要进行再调整。
B．为了防止BLS型泵发生逆转事故，货物出厂时，已经卸下了联轴器的连接螺栓和螺母，但BNS型泵则没有卸下联轴节的螺栓螺母。
C．找正要按照下列顺序进行：
1.把螺栓和螺母重新安装到联轴器上，先不要拧紧，以手动能转动为准；
2.用千分表测联轴器外圆跳动，误差在0.07mm以内为合格；
3.然后拧紧螺栓，手动盘车灵活即可。
