技术性能特点
GJ型系列宽皮带式抽油机是我公司在传统的链条式抽油机的基础上，通过结构优化、性能改进研制成功的一种新型纯机械传动的链条——皮带立式抽油机。该机设计新颖，结构紧凑，安装使用方便，性能良好，能耗低，长冲程，冲次可调，适用井况广泛，尤其适合于有杆泵的大排量深抽提液、小泵深抽以及稠油开采。该系列抽油机处于国际领先水平，以其高效、可靠、节能，为国内外用户带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。目前我公司生产的GJ型宽皮带式抽油机已经走出国门出口到印度尼西亚及中东、南美等国家和地区。
主要优点
1、长冲程、低冲次、低成本。长冲程使泵充满系数高，液压冲击小；低冲次使井下设备磨损小，操作成本低。
2、修井位移位置大，方便修井。
3、皮带传动。采用长寿命高强度重载皮带传递动力，其弹性缓冲作用可减小换向冲击，使抽油杆柱运行平稳。
4、自动让位装置。采用人性化设计的自动让位装置，极大降低了劳动强度，使作业及维护更加方便快捷。
5、利用有限元分析软件进行主要部件的优化设计分析，整机刚度变形小，工作过程稳定可靠；
6、可靠的刹车装置，另可以根据客户要求配置电磁制动装置，达到混合制动的目的，使用时更安全可靠；整机封闭设计，折叠运输，安全方便。
7、无需频繁维修保养，可靠性高。采用耐磨轴承、长寿命皮带、重型链条，确保整机的高可靠性；
8、机械平衡、完善的润滑系统、自动保护装置及整机封闭，使机器无需频繁维修保养，延长维修周期，提高了原油产量。
9、可根据客户要求实现整机整体自控，由自控系统实现自动调节冲次，实现自动采油，真正的实现无人值守。
