　一、概述：

　　YAB型系列液氨泵是本公司在对国外同类产品分析研究基础上，最新开发出来的产品，主要用于输送液氨、氨水、甲醇、二甲铵、环氧丙烷、粗苯、环氧乙烷、氯甲烷、异丁烯、丁二烯等性质类似的挥发性液体，广泛应用于燃气、石油、化工、制药、冶金等领域，该泵密封圈和滑片均采用国外特殊配方，耐磨蚀性、韧性、强度非常高，泵壳的材料是高密度耐磨蚀的合金铸铁，加工后光洁度高，从而保证了氨液的不泄露，泵的特点就是密封性好，压力高且稳定。

　　三、工作原理:

　　本泵型式为容积式叶片泵，工作靠叶片离心滑动，流量与轴的转速有关，定子内曲面采用国内独创的复合曲线制成，定子与转子、挡板、叶片组成十个密封腔体，由于定子曲面是复合曲线，当转子转动时.进口腔体容积逐渐增大，并形成负压产生吸力，从而将氨液吸入。当转子旋转一定角度后，容积截而逐渐减小，从而将氨液压出，在吸油腔与压油腔之间有一封油块把油腔与压油腔隔开。叶片靠离心力和两挡板结构从而与定子内曲而紧密贴合，使泵在额定状态下正常工作。
