耙矿绞车主要用于金属矿、煤矿及其它矿场或露天矿石运输搬运填充作业。主要用于水平耙运，也可用于倾角不大的倾坡耙运，不能作为提升设备，司机可以在绞车旁边用于操作，也可用在距绞车数十米处用按钮实行距离操作。采用双卷筒设计，通过对耙斗的双向操作来完成对煤块、矸石、矿石等货物的扒装搬运作业。
