一、概述
DMC系列单机脉冲除尘器是我公司在总结国内外各种产品优点的基础上，由我公司自行开发专为水泥厂库顶、库底、皮带输送及局部尘源除尘而设计的，也可以用于其它行业的局部尘源除尘用，采用脉冲喷吹清灰方式，具有体积小，处理风量大，净化效率高，滤袋使用寿命长，维修量小，运行可靠的优点。该系列除尘器基本结构由风机、箱体、灰斗和清灰系统等组成，该系列除尘器共有六个规格，分A、B二型，A型设灰斗、B型无灰斗。
二、工作原理：
含尘气体由进气口进入灰斗、或通过敞开法兰口进入滤袋室，含尘气体通过除尘器滤袋过滤为净化气体进入净气室，再经净气室排气口，由风机排走。粉尘积附在滤袋的外表面，且不断增加，使袋式除尘器的阻力不断上升，为使设备阻力不超过1200Pa，袋除尘器能继续工作，需定期清除滤袋上的粉尘，清灰是由PLC程序控制器定时顺序起启动脉冲阀，使气包内压缩空气(0.5-0.7Mpa)由喷吹管喷出(称一次风)通过文氏管诱导数倍于一次风的周围空气(称二次风)进入滤袋使滤袋在瞬间急速膨胀，并伴随着气流的反向作用力抖落粉尘，达到清灰的目的。
