1.项目简介：

　　为了提高煤矿生产的安全性，通常采用大量通风来排放煤矿瓦斯（称为矿井乏风，VentilationAirMethane，简称VAM）。矿井乏风中的甲烷浓度非常低（一般小于1%），浓度波动范围大，直接作为主燃料使用受到了一定的限制，几乎所有的煤矿没有尝试回收和处理矿井乏风中的甲烷，而直接将其排放到大气之中，对大气环境造成了严重的污染问题。

　　针对煤矿乏风风量巨大、煤矿乏风中的瓦斯浓度非常低、乏风量、瓦斯浓度波动范围大的特点，研发了煤矿乏风瓦斯高效利用技术，研制了立式乏风热逆流氧化装置用以治理和利用矿井乏风瓦斯，减少因煤矿生产带来的甲烷温室气体排放，同时回收矿井乏风中的能量并加以利用。

　　2.发展历程

　　我国对煤矿乏风瓦斯利用技术的研究起步较晚，近年来，国内多个高等院校对乏风瓦斯催化氧化、热逆流氧化的机理进行了实验室研究，还没有开发出能够真正示范运行的工业样机。

　　2007年，淄博柴油机总公司与高等院校合作，共同研制800m3/h立式乏风瓦斯热逆流氧化试验装置，稳定运行的最低瓦斯浓度为0.2%，可以生产过热蒸汽。该实验装置于2009年3月通过了山东省组织的技术鉴定，认为“该项目研制的矿井乏风瓦斯热氧化试验装置，具有甲烷氧化效率高、运行稳定、能耗低、性能可靠等优点，整体技术达到国际先进水平”。

　　在800m3/h试验研究的基础上，双方共同研制40000m3/h立式乏风热逆流氧化装置，2008年底完成工业样机的试制工作，2009年上半年在工厂进行模拟乏800m3/h乏风热逆流氧化装置风运行试验。试验基本达到了设计指标。下一步将研制60000m3/h立式乏风热逆流氧化装置工业样机。

　　目前，已就此项目申请国家专利6项，该项目被列为2009年山东省技术创新项目、山东省重大节能产业化项目

　　基本原理：

　　乏风瓦斯热逆流氧化装置主要由氧化装置本体、气体进出口分配系统、加热起动系统、乏风换向系统、实时测控系统五大部分组成。

　　外部热源（燃烧器）将热交换介质固体氧化床加热到甲烷氧化温度，将矿井的通风瓦斯引入氧化装置，与装置内的热交换介质在反应区进行热交换，气体受热达到瓦斯燃烧所需温度，发生氧化反应（燃烧），放出热量。氧化反应自维持后，停掉外部加热。一个循环包括两次风流换向，由控制系统自动控制换向时间等参数。

　　工业化应用：

　　主要技术参数：

　　2.稳定运行的瓦斯浓度：0.3%～2.0%；

　　3.甲烷氧化率≥97％；

　　4.能够产生过热蒸汽，过热蒸汽的压力≥1.6MPa，温度≥350℃，压力和温度波动幅±5%；

　　5.进出口气体阻力损失≤4000Pa。

　　主要技术特点

　　1.采用立式结构，避免了因自然对流带来的温度分布不均匀问题；

　　2.不使用催化剂，避免了因矿井乏风中含有硫化氢引起的催化剂中毒问题。

　　3.多种蜂窝陶瓷组合氧化床结构，以提高乏风瓦斯氧化效率，保障氧化装置稳定运行，并降低气体流动阻力，延长氧化装置使用寿命。

　　4.采用气体进出口分配技术，利用导流器调节各处进出氧化床的气体流量，以保证乏风均匀地进入氧化床。

　　5.外部热源选用燃烧器的方式，与传统的电加热相比，可节约大量电能。

　　6.利用恒温的高温热源与换热器换热来生产过热蒸汽，从而避免了过热蒸汽参数的波动，提高蒸汽质量。

　　7.高可靠性计算机监控系统，将装置的各子系统集中控制，进行系统性协调，保证热逆流氧化装置安全正常运行。
