空冷器的设计
空冷器是利用环境大气冷却管内介质，在两种不同介质有温差需要冷却或冷凝时，能特别显示其低成本运行的优势。
根据不同的应用领域，我们可以灵活的选择干式空冷器或蒸发式空冷器。
空冷器部件
空冷器由翅片管束，风筒、风机、电机、支撑结构及检修平台、百叶窗和其他客户要求的设备组成。
干式空冷器占地比较大，但可以100%的节约水资源。
蒸发式空冷器
蒸发式空冷器包括风机系统，喷淋水系统，盘管换热器，水箱，支撑件等。由于结合水的蒸发换热，它有更小的换热面积，更小的功率消耗和一部分水耗，使一种换热效率高，且投资回报快的高效换热设备。
坑冷气型式
管束位于风机的下侧，由于风筒对管束有着很好的阻挡尘、风、雨、雪的作用，使的引风式空冷器具有稳定的换热性能。同时它具有风量分配均匀、热循环少、无损少、低噪音的特性。
斜顶式
斜顶式空冷器的管束60。斜置于构架顶部，占地面积小。多用于介质的冷凝，管内阻力和膜放热系数要比水平式好。
鼓风式
管束位于风机的排风侧、这种结构非常方便维护，并且风机电机始终处于较冷的空气环境中，电机寿命长。
串联式
先空冷，后蒸发冷却，电机不受热影响，寿命长。最大限度的发挥空冷段的作用。节水效果明显。将空冷器与蒸发式空冷器有机结合，在省水的同时满足了更多应用场合，（介质出口接近环境温度时）
翅片管
我厂生产的翅片管主要包括：高效液压压胀片管、双金属片管、热浸锌椭圆管、铝制椭圆管。所有的翅片均经国家权威检测。测试数据可向我公司技术部门索取。
