磨轧辊砂轮广泛用于钢铁厂(公司)的各种热轧钢板、冷轧钢板、硅钢板带、不锈钢板带、有色金属板带以及铝箔等生产线的工作辊，支撑辊的磨削加工和造纸行业所用的金属辊子的磨削加工。磨削过程分为粗磨、精磨、抛光三个阶段。使用线速度达60m/s。具有强度高、组织硬度均匀，自锐性好，磨削效率高等优点，磨出的轧辊无振纹、精度高。
