强化低贝钢丸 — 性能优于普通强化钢丸2倍以上

强化研磨丸——性能优于普通强化钢丝切丸
在工件强化需要更高硬度的弹丸时，大多采用钢丝切丸加工的研磨丸，我司强化研磨丸在传统的强化钢丝切丸基础上做了大量改进：
1、采用优质合金钢丝作为基材，性能更高、更稳定；
2、改进了拉丝工艺，使其内部组织更致密；
3、改进了传统的完全依靠抛打的研磨工艺，减少了抛打过程中丸粒本身受损，提高了使用寿命。
