产品适用于矿山及水泥行业连续运输，通用性好，互换性好，制造简单，维护方便，可节约大量基建投资，并可加快工程进度，在地面使用时，还可减小占地面积和投资成本。
技术特点：产品采用普通光面输送带或深槽型托辊装置，解决了大倾角输送原煤的关键技术，最大输送倾角上运可达30o，下运25o，原煤含水率可达20%，达到国际先进水平。
1、起动装置采用液体粘性软起动系统，该系统具有优良的软起动性能，能实现电机的空载起动、正常运行的多电机功率平衡及停车过程中的软停车，其综合性能高、结构紧凑、功耗低、调速性能好。
2、制动装置采用KZP自冷盘式制动装置，其主要技术特点有：
（1）当控制系统或拖动系统突然断电、拖动电机超速、输送带打滑以及其它保护停车指令出现时，能保证平稳地减速停车；
（2）与电控装置配合，在有载工况下起动时，具有可控起动性能；
（3）与电控装置配合，下运带式输送机的停车减速度保持在0.1-0.25m/s２;
（4）液压控制系统采用双回路结构，工作可靠性高；
（5）制动装置每小时制动10次，制动盘表面温度小于150°，制动时无火花产生；
（6）最大制动力矩调整方便。
3、控制系统采用BSY-5/127防爆型带式输送机电控装置或KZW1-660（X）防爆型带式输送机电控装置。控制箱采用PLC作为控制核心，各种特殊保护和常规保护齐全。选配的控制台供司机操作之用，并有完善的设备工作、故障类型、输送带速度和主电机电流显示功能。
