该设备采用高档微机控制和交流变频调速高新技术研制而成的新型供水设备，它采用先进的微机控制器和恒压调节器控制，可根据设定的压力，按恒压、节能、节水的优化运行原则，自动控制机组中的水泵电机转速和运行台数，从而实现恒压变量供水，可满足用户的不同使用要求。
适用范围
1、 住宅楼、商住楼、居民小区的生活供水。
2、 高层建筑、高级宾馆饭店的生活供水。
3、 各种类型的自来水厂及加压泵站。
4、 高层建筑、居民小区的热水供应系统及热水采暖系统。
5、 各种类型的循环水、冷却水、深井恒压供水系统。
6、 污水处理厂、排水站的自动供排水系统。
7、 油田输油管道，油泵站恒压输油系统和风机风压调节系统等。
设备的组成
XBH系列变频恒压供水设备主要由变频控制柜、水泵机组、气压罐、压力传感器、液位控制器、阀门、管件等构成。
机组的结构形式：
1． B式――恒压变量供水。用压力传感器根据管路内压力变化信号调整水泵转速，
管路压力维持一个恒定值。
D式――恒压变量带气压罐。为降低小流量或零流量时的能耗，配置一个气压罐调节给
水。
2． 频调速器：容量分为5.5、11、22、50、75、100、150（kVA）七个档次。多台泵并联合组时，应以最大功率的泵决定容量大小。
3． 控制器：压力或流量信号控制第二台较小流量的泵，当此泵到达额定转速后，即切换成恒速泵，调速器自动进入控制第一台泵运行，依次类推。
4． 水泵、选用本厂生产的DL型立式多级泵。若抽水吸池中的水，可安装液位控制器防止水泵吸空。
