KJYF-96/12型救生舱是我公司生产的在灾变情况下无外接电源无动力源即可独立运行的矿用可移动式救生舱。本产品遵守国家标准 GB3836.1-2010《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分通用要求》和GB3836.4-2010《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第4部分本质安全型 “i”》，执行企业标准Q/HWNL 001-2011《矿用可移动式救生舱》。
1.1特点
（1）救生舱是为矿难发生时不能及时逃离的矿工提供一个安全避难的场所，具有氧气供给系统、空气净化与温湿度调节系统、环境监测系统、通讯系统、舱内照明及指示系统、动力保障系统、生存保障系统，在无任何外部支持的情况下额定防护时间不低于96小时。
（2）救生舱采用钢板壳体、外布网格加强筋形式，在瓦斯、煤尘爆炸时，舱体强度满足抗爆炸冲击能力≥0.3MPa。
（3）救生舱具有气密性，在500Pa压力下，泄压速率不大于350Pa/h。舱内气压始终保持高于外界气压（100～500）Pa，且能根据实际情 况进行调节。舱体分段采用法兰联接，法兰面使用阻燃橡胶密封；舱体正门和逃生门加工有Ω槽，槽内填有阻燃橡胶条；电缆孔内部填充有阻燃橡胶，通过螺纹压 紧，满足气密性要求；自动泄压阀采用液封原理，保证阀门气密。
（4）救生舱正压维持是使舱内气压应始终保持高于外界气压，外界的有毒有害气体不能进入舱内，设计要求舱内压力始终保持在（100～500）Pa之 间。为保证正压需求，在过渡舱配备4只压缩空气瓶，生存舱配备两只单向自动排气阀，同时配合（0～1.2）L/min的浮标流量计与机械式压差表对舱内正 压进行控制。当舱内压力低于200Pa时，手动打开流量计，当压力高于400Pa时关闭，如果舱内压力高于500Pa时，舱内单向自动排气阀开始泄压工 作，从而保证舱内压力始终维持在（100～500）Pa之间。
（5）压缩空气幕和压气喷淋装置有效防止进舱人员将舱外有毒有害气体带入生存舱内。
（6）利用贵金属、钠石灰和活性炭对一氧化碳、二氧化碳以及甲烷等有毒有害气体进行去除，保证舱内气体含量在安全范围之内。
（7）产品使用本单位自行生产的防冰堵无霜型制冷净化一体机，一体机集制冷、净化、除湿与冷凝水收集等功能为一体，具有性能稳定、无冰堵、无霜冻、可调性好、集成度高等特点。使用液态高压二氧化碳开放式膨胀制冷，且利用蒸发后的中压二氧化碳气体驱动风机强制通风。
（8）救生舱配备食品发热量不低于5000kJ/天?人，总计食品发热量不低于306475KJ，饮用水不低于1500ml/天?人,总计水量为96250ml。
（9）舱内辅助设备包括不锈钢打包型坐便器1台、煤矿用自动苏生器1台、隔绝式压缩氧自救器18台、医药急救箱1个、应急维修工具箱1个。
（10）舱内配备有温湿度计、微压差计、双金属温度计、气体传感器、带有气泵的多气体测定器，用于检测舱内外环境参数。
1.2主要用途
可移动式救生舱主要用于煤矿井下各工作面可能发生冒顶、瓦斯煤尘爆炸、煤与瓦斯突出、有毒有害气体渗入等事故的场合，事故发生后矿用可移动式救生舱可 使无法撤离灾区或矿井的遇险人员有一应急避难空间。救生舱可满足舱内遇险人员的基本生存需求以等待救援，用于矿工紧急避险，对改变单纯依赖外部救援的矿难 应急救援模式，由被动待援到主动自救与外部救援相结合，使救援工作科学、有序、有效将起到至关重要的作用。
1.3适用范围
（1）有煤与瓦斯突出、瓦斯煤尘爆炸、冒顶、有毒有害气体等爆炸性危险的矿井。
（2）相对湿度：0～95%（25℃）。
（3）环境温度：55±3℃，8h；30±3℃，88h。
（4）海拔高度：不大于 1000m。
（5）大气压力：80kPa～106 kPa。
（6）安装井巷空间尺寸：高度不小于2.6m，巷道净宽不小于4m，巷道长度不小于50m。
