自主研发的玉米联合收割机，是由割台、输送槽、脱皮机、粮仓、秸秆还田机五大独立的部件组成，按装在农用动力底盘上，可一次完成玉米的摘穗、脱皮、装仓、秸秆粉碎，其特点是机器结构简单、效率高、作业质量好。
割台采用了蜗轮箱驱动拨禾链条、螺旋对辊传送玉米秆、摘穗筋集中摘穗的专利技术。与传统割台相比，结构简单、重量小，三行机割台只有350公斤（同样是三行机割台，其它厂家的产品都在1000公斤以上）；所摘的玉米棒带皮率一致（玉米棒带皮2-3层），有利于脱皮机脱皮；割台配装秸秆切段装置，能将秸秆切成小段，有利于还田机粉碎。
装在收割机后部的秸秆还田机，采用了独特的专利技术，即阻逆磨碎技术，能将秸秆打成纤维状，有利于秸秆的快速腐烂还田，此项技术远远领先于其他同类产品。
