圆盘式造粒机（又称成球盘、圆盘制粒机），具有结构简单、造价低、维修方便等特点，造粒原理同于我国南方的滚圆宵，基础物理在粉碎机内分别粉碎、经计量在混合机内混合好，有皮带输送机传送至圆盘上方，连续定量加进浅盘，浅盘中的原料有喷淋下来的粘合剂粘结，包裹成粒，随着圆盘的转动在盘内翻滚，逐渐增大。由于圆盘在转动中有自动分级的能力，大的颗粒浮在上面，从圆盘的下方连续卸出，小的颗粒在圆盘中与新加入的物料继续粘接在一起，翻滚长大，直至卸出。
