大型花生脱壳机原理：
花生果由喂料斗进入前滚筒，利用悬浮套筒转动与凹板的搓力将花生果剥开，实现仁、壳分离；分离后的花生仁与壳同时经前凹板落下，经前滑板通过风道时，由风力将花生壳吹出机外实现风力初选；花生仁和尚未被剥壳的花生小果一起落入比重分离筛进行精选，精选后的花生仁沿筛面上行经过出仁口进入麻袋；尚未被剥壳的花生小果，则沿筛面下行，经出料槽进入风送机，由风送机将其送入后滚筒进行二次剥壳；剥开后的仁和壳经后凹板落下，再经风力初选，比重分离精选，即可实现全部剥壳。
