二、结构特征及工作原理
1.结构介绍：（附图）
本过滤站将交替阀与过滤器集中为一体，是由机座、集成阀座、交替阀、排污阀、反冲阀、止回阀、蓄能器、两个1000L高压过滤器、旋转基座、回收过滤器、传动机构及防爆电动机和隔爆型防爆电气PLC程序自动控制系统等组成本过滤站。进出液口采用DN50SS接口并备有DN31.5D插口供客户选用。进出液均配有压力表检测进出液压差，蓄能器配有压力表检测蓄能器压力。
需要更换滤芯时，板动棘轮板手可使旋转支架整体转动65度，便于拆装滤芯；高压排污阀采用DN19快速插头与过滤器插装连接，出口用DN19和JK19软管与污水汇集管快速连接后进入回收过滤器；污水回收过滤器滤芯过滤精度120目，外壳与端盖连接是用专用快速卡箍紧固，便于快速拆卸清洗滤芯，进出管路均为JK19软管接至乳化液箱。
2.功能及工作原理：
本过滤站具备以下功能：1）高精度过滤；2）定时或压差显示预先设定程序由PLC控制实现在线反冲；3）污液回收再利用。
工作原理：1）从乳化液泵出口出来的乳化液直接进入本过滤站交替阀进液口，通过高压止回阀进入过滤器，通过滤芯过滤后自动打开集成阀座中的单向阀进入回液管路，由出液口通过管路进入工作面至液压支架。2）利用进液系统压力的乳化液为压力源，通过反冲阀进入过滤器中进行高压冲洗滤芯，使滤芯获得清洁的清洗效果、污液通过排污阀进入回收过滤器，经过滤后返回液箱，实现二次回收利用和获得良好的环保效果，反冲时间、间隔时间通过电气控制装置已设定、也可根据用户要求而设定。
