蓬莱三和铸造有限公司是由一汽山东汽车改装厂等五方共同出资设立的有限责任公司。其前身为一汽山东汽车改装厂铸造厂。工厂始建于1968年，自1976年开始试验生产球墨铸铁。在1979年至1980年间与美国归国华侨蒋仕和教授合作，在国内率先成功地采用了型内孕育，取得了良好的效果。1995年又成功地研制了“双高”（高强度、高韧性）铸态铁素体球墨铸铁，该成果获得了山东省厂矿企业“讲理想，比贡献”优秀成果二等奖。
2004年新成立的蓬莱三和铸造有限公司，占地面积84亩，现有职工230人，其中技术人员10人，年生产能力2万吨。主要产品有汽车后桥外壳、减速器壳、差速器壳、圆柱齿轮壳、平衡悬架支架、钢板弹簧座等形状复杂、强度、韧性要求高的铸件。常年为一汽集团公司青岛汽车制造厂、济南重汽、陕汽、柳特、北汽福田、德国塞夫车桥公司、意大利卡拉罗公司、加拿大美纳克公司等国内外知名厂家配套产品。企业设备先进、技术力量雄厚，检测设备齐全，现有静压造型线、120T/h砂处理线、10 T熔炼电炉两台等自动流水线，利用光谱仪对铁水成份进行检测，生产的产品质量稳定，深受客户的青睐。企业于2007年通过TS16949质量体系认证，并连续三届获得山东省铸造行业综合实力50强企业，在国内外市场具有较强的竞争力。
