Yantai Auto Mould Factory is located in Yantai City, a beautiful “Gangcheng City” on the coast of the Yellow Sea. It is a typical complex structure for processing and manufacturing large and precise outer covers and frame chassis, cantilever beam, oil pan, wheel axle and water tank main film. The professional manufacturer of stamping die has many years of experience in the design and manufacture of automotive molds and supporting services for automobile manufacturers. It is a member unit of China Die & Mould Industry Association. In 2001, it passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. In 2006, it was certified by Shandong Province. The hall was selected as a high-tech enterprise.
Our factory was founded in 1986, with a total area of 20,000 square meters, a construction area of 15,000 square meters, fixed assets of 50 million yuan, and an annual output value of 65 million yuan. There are 200 employees, including 56 professional engineers and technicians. The key equipment for mold manufacturing includes 1 gantry machining center, 2 sets of CNC fixed beam gantry milling machine, 1 vertical CNC boring and milling machine, and 1 small CNC boring and milling machine. Taiwan, as well as the domestic high-precision CNC cutting machine, coordinate measuring machine and a production line with an annual output of one million pieces of stampings, the main equipment totals 48 sets (sets).
Technically, our factory has a number of domestic first-class design teams, using CAD/CAM technology to realize digital integration from mold design CAD to mold processing CAM, advanced technology, high-level computer application, and improved mold design quality. The design time has been shortened, and the traditional model of mold design and manufacturing has been changed, which has reached the domestic advanced level.
Yantai Nanxun Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2004 by Yantai Automobile Mould Factory. It is a professional company that processes and manufactures automotive exterior covers, structural parts and other stamping parts. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yantai Automobile Abrasives Factory. Relying on the main factory mold production, maintenance, change, and quick and convenient changes, with complete supporting testing methods, strictly implement the requirements of ISO/TS16949 quality management system.
