FBCDZ系列(原BDK62系列)风机是结合我国煤矿的通风网络参数研制成功的大型煤矿防爆轴流通风机，具有高效、节能、低噪声的优点，产品最高装置静压效率为86%以上，达到了我国矿用主扇的领先水平。该风机所用的材料，已通过了中国煤炭科学院重庆分院检测中心的摩擦火花试验，并达到了防爆要求，整机防爆性能已通过了国家防爆电器产品质量检测中心的防爆检验。

主要特点：

1、为了适合煤矿通风网路的阻力要求，并确保通风机效率，该机采用了对旋式结构，两机叶轮互为反向旋转，可以省去中导叶并减少中导叶的损失，提高了风机效率。

2、采用电机与叶轮直联的型式，避免了传动装置损坏事故，也消除了传动装置的能量损耗，提高了风机装置效率。

3、电机均安装在风机主风筒内的密闭罩中，密闭罩具有一定的耐压性，可以使电机与风机流道中含瓦斯的气体隔绝，同时还起一定的散热作用，密闭罩设有两排流线型风管道，通过主风筒与地面大气相通，使新鲜空气流入密闭罩中，同时又可使罩内空气在风机运行中保持正压状态。

4、风机最高装置静压效率可达86%以上，高效区宽广，可确保矿井在三个开采阶段主扇效率均为75%以上。扭转了我国大型矿山主扇运行效率低的状况，可节约大量电能。

5、风机可反转反风，其反风量可达正风量的60%，不必另设反风道，具有节约基建投资和反风速度快的优点。

6、叶轮的叶片安装角的可调整，可根据生产的要求来调整叶片角度。该风机采用特殊设计，性能曲线无驼峰，在任何网络阻力的情况下，均能稳定运行。

7、该系列风机运行稳定，机振小，风机和扩散器均可安装在带轮子的平板车上，可以长期连续运行。
