1、FBC系列矿用防爆抽出式轴流局部通风机（以下简称通风机），是一种用途广泛的新型局部通风机。产品主要用于具有甲烷气体爆炸性危险的煤矿井下，供煤矿采掘工作面抽出式通风。

该通风机具有结构紧凑、效率高、噪音低、逆风性能好、送风距离远等优点，特别是噪音低，可改善工人的劳动环境，符合国家的环保要求，是煤矿井下局部通风的理想设备。其结构特征为隔爆型、消音、轴流式，防爆标志ExdI。

2、通风机执行标准：MT222-2007《煤矿用局部通风机技术条件》，Q/ZFJ007-2009《FBC系列矿用防爆抽出式轴流局部通风机技术条件标准》。

五、正常工作条件
1、海拔不超过1000m；
2、介质温度为-15——+40℃。
3、环境空气的相对湿度不超过90%（环境温度为+25℃时），在具有甲烷气体爆炸性危险的煤矿井下，安装在回风巷道或掘进巷道中，与负压风筒配套使用，作抽出式通风；
4、输送的介质无腐蚀性；
5、无剧烈振动、颠簸的环境；
6、输入介质空气，含尘量不超过10mg/m3。
六、安装及注意事项
本通风机设有支撑脚悬吊孔，既可安装在巷道中的地面使用，也可悬挂使用。
1、入进和运输时可整机运输，由于环境条件受限，风机可拆成两体，分段入井运输。
2、组装前，应严格检查叶轮与外壳的径向间隙，要求四周间隙均匀，保证>2.5mm。
3、组装后，检查叶轮罩距端面距离，不得小于20mm。
4、使用前对电动机冷态绝缘电阻值的测量不少于50兆欧，如果不符合要求应对其进行干燥处理。
5、叶轮的旋转方向必须符合机壳上标志所指示的方向。
6、该风机必须由专人管理、操作。
7、应尽可能采用和巷道截面所允许的最大直径负压硬风筒，且每节应尽量长，应尽量敷设平直，管壁不得皱褶，转弯处应缓缓地改变方向，以减少管道阻力损失，确保送风距离。所用风筒口径一般不小于通风机出口口径。
8、通风机适用和管理严格按中煤总安字（1991）安装地点须符合2004版煤矿安全规程规定。通风机必须安装在距掘进巷道口10m以外的回风侧，通风机附近10m以内风流中瓦斯浓度不超过0.5%。
9、保证通风机吸入风流中瓦斯浓度不超过1.0%。
10、电动机引入线接头剥皮连接处漏端不小于1.5mm。
七、使用和维护
为保证通风机的长期安全运行，必须注意使用和经常性的维护保养。
1、通风机启动性能好，能迅速启动，这是正常现象。为防止一次启动冲破或冲落胶质风筒，可先点动2—3次后再合闸投入运行。
2、通风机在运行中要定期检查声音是否正常，连接有无松动，发现异常时应立即停机检查并处理。
3、定期清除通风机内部的积尘、污垢等杂物，以防止锈蚀，提高运行效率和延长使用寿命。
4、定期更换润滑脂。每运行6个月至少检查轴承一次，如发现轴承润滑脂变质或泄漏必须及时更换，更换前须将轴承清洗干净。润滑脂采用ZL-3锂基润滑脂（SY142-75），加入量为轴承室空腔容积的1/2（对采用180000系列密封轴承在使用寿命期内不必更换润滑脂）。
5、使用中的轴承间隙应在允许范围内，运行中轴承不应过热（温度<95℃）且声音正常，当轴承损坏时，应换用新轴承。
6、电动机受潮，必须进行干燥处理。
7、通风机每6个月定期检查维护一次，检查机器全部零部件。在拆卸和装配时，应特别注意保护好隔爆面，防止磕碰和锈蚀，否则会失去隔爆性能，不能保证安全运行。装配时隔爆面要涂204-1防锈油。如有损伤或锈蚀现象，应进行修理或更换。隔爆零件的修理和更换必须符合GB3836.2-2000«爆炸性环境用电气设备隔爆型“d”»的有关规定。
8、不准在通风机进气侧放置或悬挂异物，以免吸入造成事故；集流器的保护栅损坏时不准使用。
9、通风机不使用时应放置在空气流通、干燥的地方，以防受潮、腐蚀及其他损坏。

风机的进气口有异物帖附、堵塞或风筒折成弯、被卡压。
停机清理进气口异物或理顺风筒。

九、包装与运输
1、该通风机在出厂前已经调试、检查合格。
2、一般为整机运输，可陆运或水运。
3、随机有：产品合格证、装箱单和使用维护说明书等。
十、承诺及售后服务
该系列风机的质量保证期为12个月，在12个月内确因风机的制造质量总是发生的损坏，我公司免费维修，损坏严重的负责退换。如因用户使用不当造成的损坏，我公司也负责维修，维修费应由用户承担。我公司保证对售出产品长期按成本价格提供备品备件。
