概述
HRJY—A型简易车辆二级维护竣工检验系统是淄博海润电子科技有限公司自主开发研制的手持式智能化测试系统。该系统以ARM微处理器为中控单元，由片上集成传感器来完成测试，高速采集测试过程中的多种参数，用以检验汽车的制动安全性能、灯光发光强度与光束偏移位置、汽车前轮侧滑量、汽车排放性能集于一体化设计，可实现仪表单项单机打印（57*60小表）、联网打印（A4报告单）、数据保存、数据上传。检测系统完全响应交通运输部2016年第1号令规定对营运车辆二级维护的竣工检验。符合GB/T18344、GB18565等标准要求。该系统完全颠覆以往竣工定点定位检验方式，随检随走无需专配电脑控制的检测模式，完美的解决了用户检测场地不足的难题。检测系统功能强大价格低廉无场地要求的特点为汽车修理厂及4S店提供最优质的服务。检验系统采用320*240彩色触摸液晶显示屏，汉字提示，检测过程清晰直观简单易用。测试项目采用菜单式操作，并且自动对测试结果进行存储（共可储存256组数据），供以后对测试数据进行查看分析。检验系统配有标准RS232接口，内置微型打印机，也可将测试结果发送给工业控制计算机,由计算机进行控制,构成联机测试系统。
整机采用便携式设计，外观小巧，外置式传感器装有强力吸盘，便于安装，适合在空间狭小的车辆上进行制动效果检测（MFDD），灯光仪通讯采用单线连接方式，能控制灯光仪的工作状态，自动接收灯光仪的检测数据并可实现数据保存打印上传，侧滑台采用位移传感器，通讯同样实现单线连接，检测过程中实时监控车辆通过侧滑台的最大侧滑量可保存打印上传，滤纸式烟度计通讯同样实现单线连接，自动接收烟度计检测数据可实现保存打印上传。

外观与结构
本仪器主要有片上集成传感器、智能信息处理单元、微型打印机以及液晶显示屏等部件组成。本仪器是以外置式传感器作为制动过程的探测元件，自动判断制动的起始信号，通过对加减速度以及时间的测量，经过微处理机的综合数据处理、运算，输出符合GB7258《机动车运行安全技术条件》中路试检验制动性能中规定的充分发出平均减速度（MFDD）、制动初速度、制动距离等结果。并依据标准规定的MFDD值，判定其测试结果合格与否。
