WYP-A型移动式农机安全检测线
一、概述
WYP-A型移动式农机安全检测线是山东淄博仕达机动车检测设备有限公司根据《拖拉机和联合收割机安全检验顶目和方法》、《机动车运行安全技术条件》(GB 7258-2004)等标准，最新研制的农机安全性能的综合检测系统。 本系统专门用于对农业机械车辆进行全方位检测，检测内容包括制动、轴重、灯光、烟度、噪声、方向盘、制动踏板力以及符合《农业机械监理条例》要求的项目。
制动检测台采用高强度板材和合理的加固结构，使制动板强度高、质量轻，装卸更为便捷，适合车载移动或固定使用。该检测台在制动检测时能实时地全面采集制动过程、轴荷及其变化数据，计算出制动率及制动不平衡率。
灯光、烟度、噪声、方向盘、制动踏板力等检测数据由电脑实时采集。笔记本电脑配合自行开发的检测软件，使数据集中管理，操作简单，传输方式可采用无线传输，具有数据存储、查询、统计、判断、报表打印等功能。
