一、概 述SG-321型转向力-转向角检测仪，是山东赛格测试仪器有限公司自主开发研制的智能化测试仪器，该仪器以32位Cortex-M3嵌入式系统为核心，采用进口片内转角传感器以及高精度桥式转向力传感器，来完成测试过程中多种参数的高速采集、处理，用以测试汽车、工程机械等的方向盘转向力、转向角等多项转向参数。本仪器根据中华人民共和国交通部计量检定规程JJG(交通) 007-2005《汽车转向盘转向力—转向角检测仪检定规程》中对力、角性能检定的要求研制开发的，适用于汽车方向盘转向力-转向角检测仪的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。仪器采用汉字点阵液晶显示，清晰直观。测试项目采用菜单方式操作，简单易用。仪器可以输入车牌号码，还可以对测试数据进行存储（共可存储100组数据），并可以对存储的测试数据进行查看分析。是汽车制造行业、汽车维修行业以及汽车检测、科研部门理想的检测设备。系统配有标准RS232接口，可以配接外置式打印机，也可将测试结果发送给其他设备或计算机，或由其他主控计算机进行控制，灵活构成联机测试系统。整机采用便携式设计，外形小巧，所有传感器被内置在机壳内。装有伸缩式可调节支架，便于安装。转角测试无需中心定位杆。
