一、概述 SG-311型转向参数测试仪，是山东赛格测试仪器有限公司最新自主开发研制的以MCS-51单片微型计算机为核心的智能化测试仪器，适用于汽车、拖拉机、工程机械及其他轮式车辆的转向性能测试试验。可以测量方向盘的自由转角、原地转向力、方向盘转矩/操纵力、转角和其他静态、动态参数，并具有RS232接口，可与主控计算机和其他检测设备一起构成灵活的智能化检测系统。 仪器整机电路设计采用MCS-51系列单片机以及12位Ａ／Ｄ转换集成电路作为测试数据处理单元，汉字液晶显示，具有测试数据精确、显示直观、性能稳定等特点。并配有标准9针串行接口，可方便地与其他计算机进行数据通讯。仪器外型美观、使用方便。测试结果既可由显示屏直接显示输出也可通过RS232接口发往主控计算机由主控计算机处理输出，整个过程连接灵活，操作使用方便。 二、主要技术参数1、内部电源：DC 8.4V (2# 镍铬电池7节)。2、测量范围：方向盘力矩：0~200牛顿.米。方向盘操纵力：0~1000牛顿 方向盘转角：0~1440度。3、测量精度：方向盘力矩/力: < 1% 。 方向盘转角：±2°4．标准9针RS232接口。波特率2400，数据位8位，停止位1位，无校验位 三、仪器配置（根据实际需求选择）1、标准RS232接口 2、配微型打印机
