公司年生产3000多个型号的汽车制动盘、制动鼓800多万件；纺机、风动工具、钻铣床配件500万件。产品主要出口到欧洲、北美、南美、中东、南非、澳洲等国家和地区。目前制动盘已给国内多种车型提供配套。
公司工艺装备实力雄厚，拥有日本新东全自动铸造造型生产线、刹车盘环形铸造生产线、重型刹车鼓环形铸造生产线；台湾数控机床、加工中心生产线20条、大、小型立车生产线12条；并拥有德国X光直读光谱仪、三坐标测量仪、金相分析仪等高、精、尖理化计量检测设备。
公司已于2006年1月顺利通过了ISO/TS16949质量体系认证。同年8月被国家商务部、国家发展和改革委员会授予“国家汽车零部件出口基地企业”称号。“三力”商标被评为山东省著名商标；“三力牌刹车盘”被认定为山东省名牌。2008年被烟台市授予“市技术中心企业”称号。
