ZSQ型轻渣分离机用于制浆造纸行业废纸制浆生产中处理筛选工段的轻杂质及尾浆。
该机采用升流进浆方式，利用转子的高速旋转，在壳体内产生强大的涡流，轻杂质聚集在涡流中心，从壳体顶部中心口排出；纤维束和浆团在转子底部和筛板间得到进一步疏解，良浆通过筛板由良浆管排出；重杂质则沉积到筛板外侧的沉渣沟中，定期通过沉渣罐排出。
